We had an arrangement with the Postal Administration for an Official WWF Issue. However, they have changed without consulting us the species, which are not endangered and for this reason cannot be taken up as an Official WWF Issue. When we were aware of this, the stamps were already printed and the WWF Panda Logo was taken up on the stamps. For this reason, we classify this issue only as Special Issue. The stamps were printed in 4 Mini Sheet with 16 stamps each.
