Order
When you have found the product or your choice, you may place it in the shopping cart without any obligation by clicking on the [Shopping Cart] button. You may view your shopping cart by clicking on the [View Shopping Cart] button. If you wish to delete products from the shopping cart, you may do so by clicking on the [Delete] button. When you are ready to order the products from the shopping cart, click on the [Go to next step] button. At this point you will be required to include your personal data, the method of payment and confirm that you have read the customer information. Your order can still be deleted or finalized by clicking the [Send Order] button.

Conclusion of Order
By clicking the "Send Order" button you will be placing a binding order for the products in the shopping cart. A confirmation of your order will be sent to you immediately after the order has been placed. Your order will be considered completed with our confirmation or with the delivery of the goods.

Selling Prices
Our prices are net purchase prices. The customer will be required to pay all import duties which may be levied in countries outside of Switzerland. The customer will also be required to comply with all custom requirements and pay all import duties and fees. Import duties are not delivery costs. The stated purchase price is net excluding VAT.

Method of Payment
The invoice amount can be settled by prepayment using, Saferpay (MasterCard or VISA) or PayPal. Further details on payment conditions will be given when you have chosen the respective method of payment.

Delivery Time
We will deliver the ordered merchandise to the customer to the indicated address on the order as quickly as possible after its receipt. On average, the delivery takes 30 working days after the receipt of the order and its acceptance.

Partial Delivery
If not all of the merchandise ordered is available, we will make a partial delivery with the customers approval. Any additional cost of shipping will only be levied if agreed upon in advance.

Cancellation
The customer is entitled to cancel their order in writing without any reason within14 days after the receipt of the ordered merchandise either by letter, telefax, e-mail or by returning the merchandise to wwfstamp.com. This period begins the earliest upon receipt of goods. The cancellation period is observed by timely sending the cancellation notice or returning the merchandise. The cancellation notice must be in writing and addressed to

or by e-mail to info@wwfstamp.com. Our return address is indicated on the invoice.The customer carries the burden of proof for dispatching merchandise to be returned.

Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for returning any merchandise in the case of a valid cancellation. If the customer returns a partial order in whole or in a damaged condition, the customer will be required to reimburse wwfstamp.com for the reduced value thereof. If the customer has paid for the purchase in advance wwfstamp.com is entitled to deduct the reduced value from the prepayment amount. In certain cases, the reduced value may be the amount of the original purchase price.

The customer bears the cost for returning all merchandise, unless the merchandise or service received does not correspond with the original order. In this case wwfstamp.com will refund the original purchase price upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

Liability
wwfstamp.com will correct any defects or provide for replacement of merchandise that is defective upon receipt of the customer. If a replacement delivery is not possible, the customer can request a reduction from the original purchase price or at their choice cancel the purchase and return the merchandise. The liability for our mistakes is limited to intent and gross negligence. Our liability is limited in all cases to the amount of the original purchase price. This does not apply to specific warranties that were made which are subsequently lacking.
