a. What stands for the abbreviations **, FDC, MC and KB
b. In the Webshop you have taken up the Official WWF issues from 1983 – 2006. What about the other items ?
c. On the issues 2005 and 2006 there is at the introduction much more information then in previous years. If there are different species within the set, we also indicate the names of the animals in English and Latin. Do you plan to take up this information also for the issues from 1983 – 2004?

Just select on the navigation on the right “Forgot Password” and we will send you the new password.
b. I have a complaint or problem. What should I do?
We are always at your disposal. Please send us an e-mail to info@wwfstamp.com and we will answer immediately to solve your problem or complaint.
c. Do I need an Online-Account to place an order?
You do not necessarily have to open an Online-Account. You are also able to place an order without registration. We will then only safe the date that is necessary to fulfil your order. As soon as the delivery has been effected, we will cancel your data.
d. Is it possible to send the goods to another address?
Yes, we can invoice you and send the shipment to another address. Please enter in the panel “Different Delivery Address” the address were the goods should be sent.
e. How does the “Wish List” work ?
In order to take up articles in the Wish List, you have to register with a name and a password. In philately the name for Wish List is also Want List. This is without any cost for you and without obligation. From the Wish List you would then be able to place the order and put it in the Shopping Cart. At the same time, your Cookies will be saved so that our system accepts you as a visitor.
f. Were can I have a look at my order and also previous orders?
You can have a look at the status of your order on your Customer Account. It is also possible to see all orders you have previously placed. As soon as the shipment has been effected, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. The delivery of the goods is done within 7 – 10 days, but it can happen that due to customs the delivery is delayed.
Should you not receive our shipment within 3 weeks, then please inform us.

I was not able to pay with PayPal. What can I do?
First of all we wish to remind you, that payment cannot be done in CHF (Swiss Francs) but only in EURO. If you wish to pay by PayPal, then you should not block in your browser the Popup Window. If the Popup Window does not open automatically, then you have a possibility to open it manual.
You just click on the PayPal Logo
and a new window will be opened. There you are able to arrange the payment. If for any reason the Payment Site from PayPal does not open, then you can arrange your payment at the following Website

We also plan to take up the forerunners 1969-1982, the Reprints, Stamp Booklets, Gutter-Pairs as well as also all the Special Issues. We assume that this will be ready by latest end of July 2006.

This additional information is only available in 2005 and 2006. And of course also for all new issues as from May 2006. We do not plan to take this up for the issues from 1983 – 2004.
