Delivery and Delivery Cost

wwfstamp.com will deliver the ordered goods to the customer at the indicated address as quickly as possible after the receipt of the order. The delivery of the ordered goods occurs presently within 10 working days. On average, the delivery takes 15 working days after the receipt of the order and its acceptance.

The customer is responsible for the following delivery cost:

	under 100 CHF	between CHF 100 and CHF 250	between CHF 250 and CHF 1000	over CHF 1000
Switzerland	3.50+tax	3.50+tax	3.50+tax	free of postage
Europe	5.00	7.50	12.50	free of postage
Rest Welt	7.50	10.00	15.00	free of postage

Important Note

We will do whatever we can to make sure that your order is received by you in perfect condition. However, your order could be damaged during transportation. If this happens, we of course are willing to replace the damaged articles at our cost.

Please note the following:
Should the order be damaged during transportation you are required to notify the distribution center (Post, Courier) and then inform WWF Stamp Shop about the damage. In case you want to return the goods, then please inform us in advance by Email or Fax.
